A BILL to repeal section fifteen, article five, chapter
twenty-three of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine
hundred thirty-one, as amended, relating to appeals from the
workers' compensation appeal board to the supreme court of
appeals.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
§1. Repeal of section authorizing appeal from decision of workers
compensation appeal board to West Virginia supreme court of
appeals.
Section fifteen, article five, chapter twenty-three of the
code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as
amended, is hereby repealed.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal the section
authorizing an appeal from an order of the Workers Compensation
Appeal Board to the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals.
